The HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) Club wants to make it easy to access affordable hormone therapies personalized for your needs and without red tape from insurance. They work directly with a partner pharmacy, Transition Pharmacy and have negotiated prices up front so you know exactly how much your prescriptions are going to cost. No more surprises when you go to check out at your local pharmacy.
The HRT Club - How It Works
This company gives you the option to continue working with your current Hormone Replacement Provider or you can work with one of the two online providers that they partner with.
If you have an existing provider and you want to continue working with them, but you want to join The Club, you can have your doctor transfer your prescription(s) to their partner pharmacy or all future prescriptions.
You also must sign up for an annual membership that is $99 per year. Once that is paid for, you are free to shop for products to determine what they offer, but keep in mind any prescriptions that you want filled must be through a doctor who sends the prescription to The Club's partner pharmacy or you must visit one of their two preferred online providers, MyMenopauseRX or Elektra Health.
When your prescription is ready to be filled, they will email you a notification to go online and complete the order.
To complete your order, you'll log into your The HRT Club account and follow prompts and provide payment for your prescriptions. All prescriptions that are over $50 are free. They indicate that you need to allow 1-3 days for processing and 2-7 business days for shipping.

Welcome to The Club
The $99 annual membership includes the following perks:
Save up to 90% off retail prices
Bioidentical and FDA-approved products
Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more
No Insurance restrictions
No Hidden Costs
Is Insurance required to be part of The HRT Club?
No, and that's actually the beauty of how this company is structured. They have already negotiated prices with a specific pharmacy, their partner pharmacy, Transition Pharmacy. You'll know up front how much a month or three-month's worth of product will cost before you choose to move forward.
No more surprises while standing in line at your local pharmacy only to refuse a prescription because of its cost. This business model also means, if you don't have insurance, have sub-par insurance or just don't want to use your prescription insurance, you can pay out of pocket with the comfort that you don't need any sort of pre-authorization or approval from your insurance company or provider.
Where do I find a Doctor that's part of The Club's Network
You have lots of options. First, if you already have an HRT specialist who has been working with you and you want to continue that relationship, but want to get your meds from The Club, just ask your doc to transfer the prescriptions to Transition Pharmacy at the number and fax number on their website. Secondly, if you want to find a local doctor in your area that you can visit in person, they have a section in their website, where you can plug in where you live, and they'll make you aware of HRT doctors in your area. And lastly, if you are more like me and want to get your HRT via telehealth, then they have two online practices that they can recommend also noted on their website.

The HRT Club is also Legit Script Certified. Legit Script certification is a verification program that establishes a business’s credibility by confirming compliance with laws and ethical standards. It is often required for businesses in regulated industries to advertise on platforms like Google, Bing, and Facebook. The certification process involves a thorough evaluation of treatment centers, assessing factors such as facility operations, qualifications of medical personnel, and compliance with legal requirements.
I like this business model and I'm excited to see how this company performs. As a woman in menopause, I've purchases my HRT meds from local pharmacies, from compounding pharmacies and have also received medications directly from HRT online providers who have their own partner pharmacy. This company's pricing is pretty much in line with what I have found in my experience. However, with the way they are marketing and advertising their business, you can choose to keep your existing doctor or choose one of theirs if you don't have one you love and trust.
