I'm not sure how I feel about purchasing Hormone Replacement Therapy from a company who is known for their skincare? They are mainly dermatologists who have become known in the skincare world for their estrogen face creams.
Winona doesn't ask for an initial fee to get started or any on-going fees. Also, they don't require an in-person telehealth visit or bloodwork. All communication is done via their free patient portal or via email, no appointment needed. From their list of available products, most menopausal women will need an estrogen product, a progesterone product or a combo medication that offers both. Winona's Estrogen/Progesterone Cream combo is $89/month based on their pricing list. If you no longer have a uterus, you likely won't need a progesterone product.

Is Winona or Musely a better fit for you?
I have not tried the Musely Estrogen Boost cream firsthand. I just can't get my head wrapped around the fact that I'd be buying HRT from a skincare company. Clearly, Musely's cream is about one-half the price of Winona, but again are you comfortable buying it from this provider based on their credentials as dermatologists?
Personally, I have tried WINONA and was pleased with the service, the products and their follow up. I appreciate their transparency on their pricing for products and the fact that beyond purchasing 3-months' worth of product per order, there was no other commitment.
